Digalo™
Digalo is a Text-To-Speech (TTS) engine that reads computer text in any of eight languages: French, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, UK English, US English and Italian. Listen to MP3 samples of Digalo voices. Download software.

Elan™
Elan TTS translates any text into speech. Texts can be spoken in several languages with both male and female voices. Demos available.

Microsoft Agent Ring
This is not a Microsoft site, but it's a great resource for Agent characters and software. It has at least 40 or 50 free characters that are compatible with Vox Proxy.

The Cyberbuddys
These characters come from Bob Norris, who designed Louis for us.

Doell Group
Jo Doell, who designed the character Judd, has some other free character downloads here.

Guile 3D Studio
A Brazilian designer with extremely high-quality characters. The characters have almost no animations, but the speaking animation is very good.

e-Clips Intelligent Agent Technolgies
e-Clips designed Squidge and has a bunch of free downloadable characters here. Click on "Desktop characters".
