Windows
7 does not come pre-installed with the Microsoft Agent technology
needed for Vox Proxy. There is, however, a HOTFIX available
from Microsoft to install this feature.The hotfix is available
here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/969168
Be sure to note whether you have a 64-bit (x64) or 32-bit
(x86) system (it should default correctly).
Install
Vox Proxy AFTER the hotfix is installed.
Vox
Proxy runs on all other Windows operating systems from 98SE
through Vista and on all versions of PowerPoint from 2000
through 2010.

Vox Proxy Evaluation Software (CD or download) is a 30-day
trial of a fully operational version of Vox Proxy. The download
version contains six animated characters, and the English
language speech engine. Ten more characters are available
for download as are additional speech engines and the speech
