Custom Player Setup Files
Right Seat Software can provide you with customized setup files for the Vox Proxy Player. This consists of a single, downloadable exe file that can be located on your own web site or distributed in whatever other manner you choose. Advantages of having your own custom Player include:
- Characters - include only those characters you will be using, including custom characters or other characters that you may have access to, but are not included in Vox Proxy.
- File Size - depending on the characters and other files you need, the setup can be smaller than our standard Player download.
- Speech Engines - you can include any speech engines that you are licensed to use. Note that AT&T does not permit you to use Natural Voices in this way, but you can include wav files containing specific speech files.
- Media files - you can include any media files that you want always available, including Flash (SWF), video, music, other sound files, and bitmaps.
- Custom Welcome Script - when the user installs the Player, at the end of the installation, it plays a brief script in which the characters explain a little about using the Player. You can provide a custom script for this purpose so that your people will hear directly from you.
