be downloaded individually here (see download instructions below).

Download Instructions:
The four Microsoft characters: Genie, Merlin, Peedy, and Robby are install files. You can save the downloaded files anywhere, but after doing so, you must execute each one to install it.
All remaining character files are ready to use. The downloaded files need not be executed to install them. They must, however, be saved in the following folder:
\windows\msagent\chars (For Windows 95, 98, or ME)
\WINNT\msagent\chars (For Windows NT or 2000)
